Bad Bunny in Frederick, MD

Frederick has had plenty of fitness classes. Plenty of Saturday workouts. Plenty of pop-ups. It hadn’t had anything quite like this.

On April 26, 2026, With Well Social hosted Bad Bunny & Barbells, the first event of its kind in Frederick, Maryland. It pulled together a workout, music, local vendors, food, giveaways, and a real sense of community into one afternoon.

This wasn’t a regular class. It was built to feel like an experience. High-energy, social, and inspired by the music and culture behind Bad Bunny. People didn’t just come to train. They came to move, sweat, hang around afterward, and be part of something that felt different.

You could feel it the second people walked in. Ready to lift, ready to shop, ready to meet someone new, and ready to actually stay after class instead of heading straight to their cars. Looking around the room at people sweating, laughing, browsing the vendor tables, and lingering long after the last rep, that was exactly the energy With Well Social had been hoping for.

One detail people kept mentioning was the “bring your partner” setup. Instead of partners standing awkwardly on the sidelines, they had their own space to train alongside everyone else. It made the whole thing feel more like a shared experience and less like a class with spectators.

Beyond the workout, Bad Bunny & Barbells leaned into the local community. Guests shopped with vendors, enjoyed food from local favorites, entered giveaways, and ended up meeting people they probably wouldn’t have crossed paths with otherwise. The space felt warm and intentional, but also genuinely fun.

At the end, everyone walked out with flowers and Bad Bunny stickers as a small thank-you for showing up. The event closed with a group photo and a few extra minutes for people to connect, meet each other, and see the community that is continuing to grow around With Well Social. It was a simple but meaningful way to wrap up a day that felt really special.

Over 120 tickets sold, and that number means something. It means there is real demand in Frederick for wellness events that do not feel like a chore. Events that are inclusive, social, stylish, and built around culture as much as movement.

For With Well Social, this was not just a good turnout. It was proof that people want a space to move, connect, and show up as themselves, and they will show up when you create that space for them. Bad Bunny & Barbells brought something new to Frederick: a wellness event with music in it, culture behind it, and the local community at the center of it.

To everyone who came out, partnered, supported, and helped make this happen, thank you. This was the first of its kind in Frederick. It will not be the last.

With Well Social is just getting started.
